Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed back to your original method of payment.
